I moved in earlier this week, Coleen is the reason I made my decision. She is the best property manager I have ever worked with. She really cares about her job and the residents. She was very detailed, proactive, and really listened. I had a tight deadline to make for my move with my new job, and she pulled some strings and made it happen. Aside from Coleen, my room is very nice and so is the gym. The features of this property rival those which are more expensive. Coleen and Adrian are the most diligent and concerned management team I've ever had the pleasure to know! Every single maintenance issue was handled very professionally by Adrian's team. Several issues with payment setup, and account access were handled very quickly by Coleen. Coleen also made our move-in and easy, and welcomed us with open arms! Colleen and Adrian have given me the best apartment move-in experience ever! I have bad knees and they ensured that my transition from a home to our new apartment was seamless for me. Colleen helped us with our move in so I did not need to  worry about the big things. She was there for us! Adrian fixed any maintenance concerns within 1 day of reporting. I can’t say enough great things about The Prairie Encore—this place is truly something special! The entire community is absolutely beautiful, with so many thoughtfully designed common areas that make it feel welcoming . The pool is gorgeous, the conference room is spacious, and there is even a cozy fireplace. The secure entry and carports also add an extra layer of comfort and peace of mind. What really makes this place stand out is Coleen-she is the heart of this community. She is beyond friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Visiting her has become the highlight of my dog’s day! She goes above and beyond in a way that you just don’t see often. I can’t say enough about this community! Coleen is absolutely amazing. I was in a bad apartment complex and management team prior to living here and Coleen helped me get in somewhere amazing so quick! The place is stunning and always clean. There’s carts for ease of bringing in groceries. Locks on all external doors making everyone feel safe. I’ve been here for 1 month now and absolutely love it. I had a really great experience during my apartment leasing tour. From the moment I arrived, Coleen was friendly, welcoming, and professional. Coleen took the time to walk me through the apartment layout, amenities, and lease details, and made sure all of my questions were answered clearly and honestly.
